Native Apps Promo

Description: My team and I partnered with marketing to work on a strategy to use our owned channels to promote the download of our native apps. We thought through some options and tests for how we could drive greater app adoption from mWeb and Desktop. Our first step was to redesign the mWeb splash page.

Wishlists

Description: StubHub Wishlists allow users to save and share events. In addition to making StubHub more visual, this feature moved StubHub into a more social space allowing users to do more than just purchase tickets. Wishlists allow users to discover and share their curated lists with their social networks. This project was the first StubHub product that was designed and built responsively - allowing for optimal viewing on multiple devices.

Artist Pages

Description: StubHub artist pages allow users to learn more about an artist directly on the StubHub site. Artist pages were the first StubHub product to use artist images which introduced a more visual approach to pages on StubHub. The artist pages include artist image, bio, music samples, related artists and event dates. This additional content created a space for users to engage with the site rather than simply passively search for events.

Personal

Portfolio

Description: I decided to build my online portfolio from the ground up. This allows me to practice my skills in front-end web development. It also allows me to have a little fun with the design - free from template constraints.

Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

Grad School

Master’s Thesis

Description: I seek to show the need for designers to design for more interactive tools that interact with the environment and assist visitors during navigation and exploration while traveling in an urban city. If these tools are designed carefully, they have the potential to assist users without taking away from user awareness of the world around them. I also look at ways to design using the constraints of the city itself. While smart phones are on the rise, this book discusses the issue that not every visitor has access to such devices and therefore a need exists to provide information to users via a different platform.
